We are honoured to have been a part of the i98fm Illawarra Convoy for over a decade, and this incredible event, known as the largest truck and motorbike convoy in the Southern Hemisphere, holds a special place in our hearts. It is one of the largest regional one-day fundraisers in Australia, providing essential support to individuals and families in the Illawarra region, affected by life-threatening medical conditions, as well as the charities and hospitals that serve them.

This year, we continued our tradition of support as a Gold Sponsor, contributing a sponsorship fee to the Illawarra community group, dedicated to supporting local families in need and addressing critical medical issues.

Partnership with Altus Traffic

In November 2024, we were excited to partner with our sister company, Altus Traffic, to enhance our involvement in the Convoy. Together, we contributed 20 colourful TMA trucks to the event, and our teams worked tirelessly to provide traffic management and control, ensuring the smooth and safe progression of the Convoy alongside the police.

The Convoy Journey

The Convoy kicked off early in the morning from Appin, NSW, with an impressive lineup of 2,000 motorbikes and over 700 trucks. The route took participants down Mount Ousley to Albion Park, culminating in a family fun day at Shellharbour Airport. It was a day filled with camaraderie, community spirit, and a shared commitment to a worthy cause.

The family fun day at Shellharbour Airport was a highlight, offering a range of activities and entertainment for all ages, as well as giving the community the opportunity to get up close with our TMA Trucks.
